Terms & Conditions
By accepting and receiving any products from Cyberware ("Cyberware, LLC"), you ("Customer") agree to unconditionally accept our Terms & Conditions listed below. You and Cyberware agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customers and Cyberware. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time, and without prior notice of any kind. Please check these Terms & Conditions carefully each time you place an order or accept a delivery from Cyberware.
Cyberware, LLC ("Cyberware") is a limited liability company based in the state of Pennsylvania. Cyberware reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, refuse business, refuse services, cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. The price and specifications of any product are subject to change at any time without notice. Cyberware is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors.
Advertised prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping, handling or any taxes that may be applicable to your residency. Terms of payment are within Cyberware's sole discretion and must be received prior to Cyberware's acceptance of an order. Cyberware is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by Cyberware and we reserve the ulilateral right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
All payments must be cleared prior to product shipment.
Shipping and Risk:
Your total cost of purchase will include any shipping and handling charges shown on your Cyberware Invoice. These shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Shipping and handling fees are paid for the services provided by the shipping company/carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund to Cyberware.
Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a third party carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) is the customers responsibility. You must report any shipping damages to Cyberware within five (5) business days after you receive your product. Any products returned to Cyberware with shipping damage will be subject to our normal return policy (see below).
Cyberware offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all hardware, accessories, peripherals and unopened software still in its original sealed packaging. Taxes, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. A thirty percent (30%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. To return merchandise, you must obtain a RMA number provided by Cyberware. Your merchandise must be returned within five (5) business days of receiving your RMA number. The merchandise to Cyberware must be in its original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. International customers are solely responsible for any applicable shipping costs, as well as duties and/or taxes.
Shipping charges, taxes, handling fees and any missing hardware, accessories, peripherals or software will be deducted before applying our restocking fee.

Lifetime Service Policy
Cyberware offers a Lifetime Service Policy on all new desktop computers purchased from Cyberware. This Lifetime Service Policy is a guarantee that a customer of Cyberware who purchases a new computer system will not pay for labor or service charges related to any covered computer system, during the lifetime of that system. This Lifetime Service Policy extends only to the original purchaser, original equipment, or subsequent upgrades purchased from and installed by Cyberware and labor/service provided by Cyberware.
In addition to the Lifetime Service Policy, Cyberware further warrants the hardware of its new systems (see 'Warranty Agreement' below).
Cyberware warrants to the original purchaser that any Cyberware hardware will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the applicable period set forth in your packing slip or invoice, which is measured from the date of delivery. All Cyberware systems come with our Lifetime Service Policy (see above).
Cyberware products by default come with a one (1) year warranty. Cyberware products also come with the option for either a two (2) year or three (3) year Parts warranty. Please review your invoice to determine which warranty you purchased.
This warranty does not cover:
- All non-Cyberware branded accessories such as: monitors, speakers, mice, keyboards, etc., which are provided as in under original manufacturer's warranty.
- All software, including the operating system and any software added at the customer's request.
- Damage caused by actions that are beyond Cyberware's control, such as: impacts, liquids, fire, rain, lightning, or other disasters.
- Product that has been damaged through misuse, abuse or mishandling.
- Unauthorized modification of the system as a whole or individual component and/or the attachment of peripheral devices.
- Product for which Cyberware has not received full payment.
- Any product or parts not originally purchased from Cyberware.
If an issue arises during your warranty period, Cyberware technicians will first attempt to diagnose and resolve the problem. If we determine that the problem is with a defective component covered by our warranty, we will then either: send you a replacement part or have you return your product back to our facilities for repair.
Replacement Part: An order for the part will be placed by the Cyberware technician. A valid credit card number will be required at the time of shipment. You will not be charged for the replacement part as long as the original (defective) part is not returned with five (5) business days. Replacement parts will be new or serviceably used, comparable or better in function and performance to the original part, and warranted for thirty (30) days or the remainder of the warranty period, whichever is longer. Cyberware will be responsible for shipping both ways only if covered by purchased warranty and you use an address within the Continental United States.
Return for Repair: Cyberware will issue you an RMA before your product is to be returned for repair. Cyberware will send you a shipping label for shipping your product back to our facilities. All product must be returned to us in its original or equivalent packaging. Cyberware will pay shipping expenses both ways only if covered by purchased warranty and you use an addreswithin the Continental United States. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to Cyberware and we will ship the product back to you at your cost.
A Cyberware technician will provide you with all your options and details at the time of service.
Please ensure you back up the data on any data drives and any other storage devices in the product(s) before you ship product back to use for repair. Remove any confidential or personal information and removable media such as CDs or DVDs. Cyberware is not responsible for any of your confidential or personal information; lost or currupted data; or damaged or lost removable media.
Cyberware reads all reviews before posting them and reserves the right to deny any review.
Here are some of the things that can cause a review to be denied: Illegal content, Offensive / abusive language, Pornography / obscenity, References to other stores / comapnies, Hyperlinks / URLs, etc.
